Introduce

The three functions of bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine.

The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle -entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.
It is convenient to operate with higher automation because every part of the machine is inspected to run with photo electricity, On the bases, the filling parts of the machine can be changed into filling methods of lower vacuum.
The filling category of lower vacuum (Z type machine) is applicable in glass bottles, filling alcohol, soy and such like materials.
The aluminum theft proof cap and plastic cap can be adopted.

Pure Water Treatment line flow chart:
Raw water ->Raw water tank -> Raw water pump -> Quartz sand filter -> Active carbon filter-> High pressure pump ->Security filter -> RO equipment->Pure water tank
Main equipment included the pre-treatment ,RO system and sterilizing system.
(A).Pre-treatment are included sand filter ,carbon filter ,softener(option) and security filter .
1.Sand filter: A laminated filter is provided to prevent sand, flocculent and colloid entering into membrane element. Its basic filter element is formed by quartzes sand and anthracite.
2. Active carbon filter: This is provided to absorb organic materials, residual chlorine and other injurants, thus it can reduce the effluent COD and keep SDI under and CL2 under 0.1 mg. L.
3. Softening system: This system is to prevent begrime the membrane by ion of Ca and Mg.
4. Precision filter (micro filter) ,PP filter of 5um is installed to prevent fine particulate entering the high lift pump and RO membrane.
(B).RO systemis included that booster pump,membrane and membrane housing, electronic Control System .
It cut out colloids, bacteria, virus and other impurities, and keep output water conductivity below 5um/cm.
(C). Water Sterilizer often refers to Ozonge Generator and U.V Ray sterilier, which used to kill the germs in water.
